This tribute is for a wonderful wife, mum, nan, grandmother, great-grandmother and friend. Who dedicated her life to her family.
We, Theresa’s family, have decided to set up this page as an opportunity for loved ones to add any memories and thoughts they would like to share. It is also a place for us to raise money for The Peace Hospice who took great care of our beloved Theresa in her final weeks of life.
